The following terms and conditions apply to Vodafone Giga5G Mobile Data Plans:

  • Usability:  Prepaid Vodafone Mobile Internet Users can access 5G services using the following 5G devices provided that their software updates are up-to-date. This list of devices will be updated as soon as device manufacturers release new 5G-ready software updates.

  • Auto-renewal: Vodafone Giga5G Mobile Data plans subscribed from *555# and *181# are set to auto-renew after their expiry period. To un-subscribe from the 5G data plans, dial *555# or *181#, select the plan you are subscribed to and select Option 2 to "Un-subscribe".
  • Data rollover: Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or re-subscription of any rollover Data Plan before expiry. The remaining data will roll over to the furthest data plan expiry.
  • Exclusions: Rollover and Auto-renewal do not apply to Vodafone Mobile Data Gift Plans.
  • 5G requirements: To use Vodafone Prepaid 5G Mobile Internet Services, you must have a 5G-capable smartphone updated with a special 5G software update, be in a 5G coverage area, have a 5G-enabled data plan, and ensure that the network mode on your device is set to 5G. Note: Power Saving features may restrict your phone from accessing 5G in order to conserve battery power. Disable Power Saver Mode to access 5G. Customers using a 4G smartphone or a 5G smartphone that has not received a special 5G software update from their device manufacturer, or live outside a 5G coverage area can purchase and use Giga5G data plans at 3G/4G speeds.
    • Special 5G software update: Some 5G smartphones are not 5G-Ready yet as they need a special software update to connect to 5G. These updates are released by smartphone manufacturers. Manufacturers are working to release these updates as quickly as possible. After manufacturers have released a special 5G software update patch, customers will be notified by SMS to update their software.
    • Validity: Promotion is valid until further notice.


    7. Can the App be accessed without being subscribed?

    Yes, though you will only have access to the free version features. Please refer to Question 4 to view free version features.t.


    8. Chatting directly to the weatherman, do I need a sim card?

    Yes, you will need a valid Vodafone or Inkk Mobile sim card to chat directly with the weatherman and his team. This is done via SMS and charges 50cents per outgoing txt.


    Conditions

    Customers must bring a valid ID for registration. You can also provide Police ID, Reference Letter or Military ID for registration. All senior citizens and persons with disabilities need to check with the nearest Ministry of Social Welfare Office to get a concession or exempt eTransport Card. If you are a Student, you wiII need to check with the Ministry of Education or your school on where and how to get your eTransport Card.     9. Is chatting directly with weathermen also available on the free version of the App?

    Yes, direct chatting with weatherman is also available on the free version of the App.

    Super Hour: $1 for 1GB Data

    • Dial *555# or use the My Vodafone App to subscribe to the Super Hour Data Plan for only $1 and enjoy 1GB Data expiring in an hour
    • An SMS notification will be sent to confirm a $1 deduction and the activation of a 1GB Data Plan.
    • The Super Hour Data Plan does not auto-renew.
    • Only purchased credit can be used to subscribe to a Super Hour Data Plan.
    • Expiry period of an existing data plan is not extended upon the re-subscription of another Super Hour plan from the time of purchase.
    • Remaining data will not roll over upon Super Hour Data Plan subscription before existing plan expiry.
    • Available to Prepaid Vodafone customers ONLY.
    • Promotion is valid until further notice.

    10. How do I unsubscribe from my in-app plans?

    Vodafone and Inkk Mobile:
    Simple go to the Subscription Page on the menu bar
    Go to ‘view chargers’
    Click on ‘cancel subscription’ button. You will automatically leave the service.

    For Google Play and iTunes Store: You have to unsubscribe from your account via the respective stores

    Daily Pass: $2.00 for 2GB Data

    • Dial *555# and follow the USSD prompt to get your Daily Pass Plan.
    • 2GB Data expires within 24 hours of receiving the Daily Pass data bundle.
    • Only normal money can be used to purchase a Daily Pass Plan.
    • An SMS notification will be immediately received informing that $2.00 has been deducted and that a 2GB Data Bundle has been loaded.
    • Available to Prepaid Vodafone customers ONLY.
    • The Daily Pass Bundle is a subscription service with recurring charges and is set to auto-renew 24 hours from the time of subscription.
    • To un-subscribe from the Daily Pass Bundle, simply dial *555# and follow the USSD prompt similar to that when subscribing and select Option 2 to un-subscribe, or text STOP to 851.
    • Data Expiry period is refreshed upon purchase of a Daily Pass which means data expiry is extended by another 24 hours from time of purchase.
    • Daily Pass Bundle can be purchased multiple times in a day and there is no limit to how many times you can purchase data using the Daily Pass Bundle in a given day.
    • Applicable to 2G, 3G, 4G and 4G+ Mobile Internet enabled handsets.
    • Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or subscription of *555# data plan before existing plan expiry. Remaining data will roll over to furthest data plan expiry.
    • Promotion is valid until further notice.

    11. What makes the NaDraki App different from other weather Apps?

    We have deployed our own weather stations (made in Fiji) around selected areas in the country to ensure that the weather data is current, accurate, and localised to the users. Summarised forecasts and adverse weather warnings sent directly from the NaDraki team is another feature that makes this app stand out as subscribers receive updates early to ensure they are better prepared.

    Weekly Pass: $7.00 for 4GB Data

    • Dial *555# and follow the USSD prompt to Subscribe to a Weekly Pass Plan.
    • 4GB of Data expires within 7 days of subscribing to the data bundle.
    • Only normal money can be used to subscribe to a Weekly Pass
    • The subscriber will immediately receive an SMS notification informing them that $7.00 has been deducted and a 4 GB Data Bundle has been loaded.
    • Available to Prepaid Vodafone customers ONLY.
    • The Weekly Pass Bundle is a subscription service with recurring charges and is set to auto-renew 7 days from the day of subscription.
    • Data Expiry period is refreshed upon re-subscribing which means data expiry is extended by another 7 days from time of re-subscription.
    • Weekly Pass Bundle can be subscribed to multiple times in a week, and there is no limit to how many times you can subscribe to the Weekly Pass Bundle in a given week.
    • Applicable to 2G, 3G, 4G and 4G+ Mobile Internet enabled handsets.

    12. Do I have to register to use this App?

    To access the premium subscriptions, you will have to register your Vodafone (Postpay & Prepay), or Inkk Mobile number. Note that the number you register with will be charged according to opt-in plan.

    Weekly Plus: $8.00 for 10GB Data with Free Social Apps

    • Dial *555# and follow the USSD prompt to Subscribe to a Weekly Plus Plan.
    • 10GB of Data expires within 7 days of subscribing to the data bundle.
    • Only normal money can be used to subscribe to a Weekly Plus Plan.
    • The subscriber will immediately receive an SMS notification informing them that $8.00 has been deducted and a 10 GB Data Bundle has been loaded.
    • Available to Prepaid Vodafone customers ONLY.
    • The Weekly Plus Bundle is a subscription service with recurring charges and is set to auto-renew 7 days from the day of subscription.
    • Data Expiry period is refreshed upon re-subscribing which means data expiry is extended by another 7 days from time of re-subscription.
    • Weekly Plus Bundle can be subscribed to multiple times in a week, and there is no limit to how many times you can subscribe to the Weekly Plus Bundle in a given week.
    • Applicable to 2G, 3G, 4G and 4G+ Mobile Internet enabled handsets.

    • Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wikipedia, Snapchat and Instagram sites will incur zero charges till 7 Days from subscription and all external links will incur data charges.
    • Promotion is valid until further notice.

    13. What happens when I run out of Mobile Credit?

    You will no longer have access to the Pro Version of the App. Once you recharge your account, the app will automatically renew your subscriptions.

    14. Is subscriptions restricted to one device only?

    Yes Subscription is restricted to one device at a time.

    15. How can customers check account details?

    Simply go to the subscription page and click on “view transactions”

    16. How to stop auto renewals?

    Users must unsubscribe, see question 10 for information on how to unsubscribe from App

    17. I have uninstalled NaDraki App though forgot to cancel my subscription. Will I be charged?

    If you forget to unsubscribe before uninstalling, we advise that you contact Vodafone customer care or www.facebook.com/f1fiji immediately.

    18. How can customers change their subscribed mobile number on the device?

    Customers will have to cancel subscription on old number and resubscribe on the new number.

    19. What devices can be used for this App? Accessible to all?

    Yes, the NaDraki App is accessible to all smartphone devices.

    Giga 50: $50 for 350GB Data

    • Dial *555# or use the My Vodafone App to subscribe to the Giga 50 Data Plan for only $50 and enjoy 350GB Data which expires in 30 Days.
    • An SMS notification will be sent to confirm the $50 deduction and the activation of a 350GB data plan.
    • The Giga 50 Data Plan is a subscription service with recurring charges and is set to auto-renew 30 days from subscription.
    • Only purchased credit can be used to subscribe to a Giga 50 Data Plan.
    • To un-subscribe from the Giga 50 data plan, simply dial *555# and follow the prompts and select Option 2 to un-subscribe.
    • Expiry period of an existing Giga 50 data plan will be extended upon the re-subscription of another Giga 50 plan from the time of purchase.
    • Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or re-subscription of a Giga 50 Data Plan before expiry. The remaining data will roll over to the furthest data plan expiry.
    • Available to Prepaid Vodafone customers ONLY.
    • Promotion is valid until further notice.

    20. Can information be saved?

    Weather information on the NaDraki App content cannot be saved.
