  • Usability:  Prepaid Vodafone Mobile Internet Users can access 5G services using the following 5G devices provided that their software updates are up-to-date. This list of devices will be updated as soon as device manufacturers release new 5G-ready software updates.

  • Auto-renewal: Vodafone Giga5G Mobile Data plans subscribed from *555# and *181# are set to auto-renew after their expiry period. To un-subscribe from the 5G data plans, dial *555# or *181#, select the plan you are subscribed to and select Option 2 to "Un-subscribe".
  • Data rollover: Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or re-subscription of any rollover Data Plan before expiry. The remaining data will roll over to the furthest data plan expiry.
  • Exclusions: Rollover and Auto-renewal do not apply to Vodafone Mobile Data Gift Plans.
  • 5G requirements: To use Vodafone Prepaid 5G Mobile Internet Services, you must have a 5G-capable smartphone updated with a special 5G software update, be in a 5G coverage area, have a 5G-enabled data plan, and ensure that the network mode on your device is set to 5G. Note: Power Saving features may restrict your phone from accessing 5G in order to conserve battery power. Disable Power Saver Mode to access 5G. Customers using a 4G smartphone or a 5G smartphone that has not received a special 5G software update from their device manufacturer, or live outside a 5G coverage area can purchase and use Giga5G data plans at 3G/4G speeds.
    • Special 5G software update: Some 5G smartphones are not 5G-Ready yet as they need a special software update to connect to 5G. These updates are released by smartphone manufacturers. Manufacturers are working to release these updates as quickly as possible. After manufacturers have released a special 5G software update patch, customers will be notified by SMS to update their software.
    • Validity: Promotion is valid until further notice.


    Zone/Band B - $0.40 per minute

    Prepaid Broadband Data Gifting Plans - Terms & Conditions

    • Customers may use their Purchased Credit in their mobile phone to gift the above data plans to a Vodafone Prepaid Broadband data number.
    • To Gift Vodafone Prepaid Broadband Data Gifting plans, dial *555# and select option 6.
    • Night Data plan is usable between 11pm to 7am only.
    • Vodafone Broadband Data Gifting plans supports inter-network data gifting hence INKK Mobile customers can also use their Purchased Credit to gift the above data plans to a Vodafone Prepaid Broadband data number.

    Prepaid Broadband - Terms & Conditions

    • Available to new and existing PrePay Vodafone Broadband users.
    • Recharge can be done using Hard Cards, Electronic Vouchers, M-PAiSA, Web Top-Ups, My Vodafone App, BSP and Westpac Mobile Banking, BSP and ANZ ATMs or TXT Top Up Fiji-wide.
    • AnyUse Data can be used to access any website or application.
    • *Streaming Data can only be used to access Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
    • Subscription to access Netflix and Amazon Prime Video content is not included in this data package.
    • Accessing Netflix and Amazon Prime Video Streaming Data requires a positive AnyUse data balance.
    • Content such as ads, authentication and app analytics are excluded and will be deducted from any normal data balance you have.
    • Netflix and Amazon Prime Video Data supports Android, iOS and Web-based Netflix + Amazon Prime Video content.
    • Netflix and Amazon Prime Video Applications and device Operating System must be updated to the latest version.
    • Netflix and Amazon Prime Video Data may not be compatible with other OS platforms subject to OS updates supplied by the manufacturer.
    • Offers are NOT available on cumulative recharges.

    • Customer must recharge with at least a $50 denomination monthly (Calendar Month). Accumulative smaller denomination recharge totalling $50 during the month is not permitted.
    • Customers can also recharge with $65 and $100 denominations to meet the contract requirement.
    • If Customer Fails To Recharge:
    • He/she will be given reminder notice through emails & txt messages to recharge by month end.
    • If the customer fails to top up the required $50 in any one calendar month,10 days grace period is allowed but customer’s data number will be placed on one-way block
    • If customer recharges with $50 during grace period: Number is reactivated without any penalties.
    • No recharge after grace period: Number is disconnected and legal action to commence if customer fails to honor terms of agreement. Customer will be notified accordingly.
    • To Disconnect:
    • Customers are required to give 30 days notice period for disconnection.
    • Required to fill the disconnection form and drop it at any Vodafone Retail outlet with the allocated device (given during the sign up).
    • If the device is in a working condition, then customer will not be required to pay anything additional (No disconnection charges)
    • However the customer is required to pay the pro-rated value of the device in cases whereby the device is:
    • Not working,
    • Physical or liquid damage
    • Lost
    • Promotion will continue until further notice and promotion end date will be communicated via sms broadcast.
    • In order to use Prepaid 4G broadband service, it is mandatory to have a 4G SIM card, be in a 4G coverage area and have a 4G Pocket WiFi.

    3. HOW TO GET A CONNECTION

    • Visit any Vodafone Branded shop or Roadshow location Fiji Wide with a TIN Letter or FNPF/FIRCA joint card and a Valid Photo ID.
    • You will need to either purchase a Pocket Wifi or bring your own Pocket Wifi
    • Fill out the Network Services Agreement
    • The agreement is on a month by month basis for a period of 24 months.
    • Upon signing of the agreement, customer will receive a data number. The customer will need to purchase a $50, $65 or $100 recharge at the point of connection.
    • Thereafter, for every subsequent month, Customer MUST recharge at least  $50 denomination every month to enjoy the benefits. Customers can also recharge with $65 and $100 denominations to meet the contract requirement.

    1. All you have to do is go to any of the retailers who have hard card or electronic top up vouchers and buy any of the recharge denominations above.

    2. Scratch the security coating and expose the recharge voucher number

    3. Login to the Wi-Fi portal from the Wi-Fi app or enter the WiFi Portal URL in your browser. The URL may be written on the back or bottom of your broadband device.

    4. Go to SMS.

    5. To recharge, write a new message, enter the 12-digit Recharge voucher number and send the SMS message to 132. A SMS message will be sent to confirm that the data has been successfully loaded.

    6. To check balance, Send a blank message to 131. A SMS message will be sent which will show the current balance available.

    7. Bonus data is a promotional offer. Promotion is valid until further notice and end date for this promotion will be communicated via SMS broadcast message.

    G. Top up Through Web Top Up

    1. Log on to your My Vodafone account on www.vodafone.com.fj/webtopup
    2. Insert the Prepay Broadband Data SIM Number you wish to top up
    3. Select the Recharge denomination to be topped up .
    4. Insert your Credit Card or MPAiSA details and read/agree to the conditions.
    5. Confirm you payment
    6. Await top up confirmation via E-mail and also on your Broadband Web Portal SMS dashboard.

    F. Top up Through Smart Dial using M-PAiSA

    1. To be able to use this recharge option, you need to be a registered customer for M-PAiSA and have a MPAiSA Account.
    2. You should have enough balance on M-PAiSA account.
    3. To recharge your Prepaid Broadband Data Number.
      • Dial *181#.
      • Navigate to Option 4 – Buy Recharge.
      • Navigate to Option 2 – Other Phone.
      • You will be requested to enter your secret pin (This is the pin that you must have provided during M-PAiSA registration for your account, if you have forgotten this pin, you can contact our customer care).
      • Once you secret pin has been accepted, the system will prompt you to enter the $ amount that you wish to top up.
      • You’ll be asked to insert the “Prepay Data Mobile Number”. This number is the number allocated to your Broadband device.
      • Confirm by inserting Yes/No
      • Your request will be processed and you will be advised via TXT message on the top up status of your Broadband Data Number.
    4. You can check your balance by sending a blank SMS to 131. This should be sent through your Broadband Web Portal Dashboard on your Web Browser.

    E. Top up Through Smart Dial *132# using a normal Prepay Vodafone mobile phone

    1. Purchase a Recharge Hard Card or Voucher
    2. To Recharge your Prepaid Broadband device indirectly
      • Dial *132*2*Prepaid Broadband Data Number*Recharge PIN#. The Prepaid Broadband Data Number is the number allocated to your Broadband device.
      • A prompt will appear. Cross-check that the correct Prepaid Broadband Data Number has been entered. If it is correct, enter 1 to confirm Yes.
      • Your Broadband device will be indirectly topped up.
    3. You can check your balance by sending a blank SMS to 131. This should be sent through your Broadband Web Portal Dashboard on your Web Browser.

    D. M-PAiSA App

    1. Install and log into your M-PAiSA App.
    2. Tap on Recharge
    3. Enter the Top Up Amount
    4. Enter the number to recharge
    5. Enter your M-PAiSA secret PIN
    6. Tap on Confirm Payment
    7. You’re done. You will receive a confirmation message that your Broadband account has been topped up.

    C. My Vodafone App

    1. Install and log into your My  Vodafone App.
    2. Tap on Recharge 
    3. Select the number to recharge 
    4. Select your payment method (Credit Card, M-PAiSA or Recharge Card) 
    5. Enter the Top Up Value or Recharge PIN and your Payment Details. 
    6. You’re done. You will receive a confirmation message that your Broadband account has been topped up. 

    B. Epay or PayEcom

    1. All you have to do is go to any of the retailers who have the facility for electronic voucher top up and ask for the recharge denomination that you wish to recharge with
    2. You will receive a voucher and the pin from the retailer
    3. Click on the Flashnet Dashboard icon on the desktop
    4. Select the SMS section on the Dashboard.  
    5. Create a new SMS message and insert the recharge Pin number and send it to 132
    6. You’re done, you will receive confirmation message that your account has been topped up.

    Gifting Service - Terms & Conditions

     

    • As a Vodafone subscriber, you are allowed to gift another user on the Vodafone network a number of services from your recharge balance.  These include the gifting of:
    • Recharge or air time
    • Data; and
    • Credit transfers
    • It is extremely important for you to input the correct mobile number to which you are gifting any of the above service. As part of the gifting process, you are allowed to view the details of the mobile number and the amount of gifting you may wish to do.  
    • You must therefore check and confirm that the beneficiary number and amount of transaction is correct before you commit the transaction.
    • Auto-renewal and Data Rollover does not apply to Data Gifting Plans. Unlimited Free Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wikipedia, Snapchat and Instagram also does not apply to Data Gifting Plans.

    • Purchased credit can only be used to purchase or gift a mobile data plan.
    • Selected mobile data plans have a subscription service with recurring charges and are set to auto-renew after a period of time from the time of subscription.
    • Auto-renewal is valid for the following plans: Giga 4, Giga5G 5, Giga 9, Giga5G 12, Giga 14, Giga 16, Giga5G 20, Giga 25, Giga5G 30, Giga 35, Giga5G 40 and Giga5G 50.
    • Data Rollover is valid for the following plans: Giga 4, Giga5G 5, Giga5G 12, Giga 14, Giga 16, Giga5G 20, Giga5G 30, Giga 35, Giga5G 40 and Giga5G 50.
    • Auto-renewal and Data Rollover do not apply to Data Gifting, Super Hour, Happy Hour and Night Plans.
    • Giga 10 Weekly Plan and Giga 12 8-Day 4G promotional plans are valid until 30th June, 2026.
    • $8 Unlimited Night Plan is a promotional offer. End Date for $8 Unlimited Night Plan will be communicated via SMS broadcast.
    • $3 Night Plan and $8 Night Plan are only usable from 12am to 5am. Both plans expire at 5am.
