MPAISA Mobile Data Plans

Available to Vodafone Prepay customers only.

To subscribe to MPAISA Data Plans:

• Dial *181# and Select Data and Voice Plans. Select Data Plans and choose the data plans to subscribe.
• From MPAISA App, go to Quick Options and Select Data Bundles. Select the plan you want to subscribe. MPAISA App is available in Google Play Store, iOS App Store or Huawei App Gallery.

Selected mobile data plans have a subscription service with recurring charges and are set to auto-renew after a period of time from the time of subscription.

Auto-renewal is valid for the following plans: Giga 4, Giga 9, Giga 10, Giga 12, Giga 14, Giga 16, Giga 25, Giga 35 and Giga 50.

Data Rollover is valid for the following plans: Giga 4, Giga 10, Giga 14, Giga 16, Giga 35 and Giga 50.

Auto-renewal and Data Rollover do not apply to Data Gifting Plans.

To un-subscribe from autorenewal service, simply dial *181# and follow the prompts and select Option 2 to un-subscribe.

Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or re-subscription of a Rollover Data Plan before expiry. The remaining data will roll over to the furthest data plan expiry.

Expiry period of an existing Rollover data plan will be extended upon the re-subscription of another rollover plan from the time of purchase.

Sufficient MPAISA balance is required to subscribe/auto-renew and re-subscribe to MPAISA Data Bundles.

To Gift MPAISA Data Bundles to another number:

• Dial *181# and select Data and Voice Plans. Select Data Plans and select Data Gifting.
• From MPAISA App, go to Quick Options, Select Data Bundles and then select Gifting.

If you buy a plan using *555#, and then buy a plan with the same name again using *181#:

• The new purchase from *181# does NOT replace or override the original plan from *555#.
• The original plan from *555# keeps running as normal.
• It will continue to auto-renew from *555# unless you explicitly unsubscribe using *555#.

If you buy a plan using *181#, and then buy a plan with the same name again using *555#:

• The new purchase from *555# does NOT replace or override the original plan from *181#.
• The original plan from *181# keeps running as normal.
• It will continue to auto-renew from *181# unless you explicitly unsubscribe using *181#.
