How to Recharge my Prepaid Broadband Device?

You can recharge your Prepaid Broadband Device Connection using the same
process as topping up your mobile phone.

The different channels are listed below:

A. Normal Recharge Pins

1. All you have to do is go to any of the retailers who have hard card or electronic top up vouchers and buy any of the recharge denominations above.

2. Scratch the security coating and expose the recharge voucher number

3. Login to the Wi-Fi portal from the Wi-Fi app or enter the WiFi Portal URL in your browser. The URL may be written on the back or bottom of your broadband device.

4. Go to SMS.

5. To recharge, write a new message, enter the 12-digit Recharge voucher number and send the SMS message to 132. A SMS message will be sent to confirm that the data has been successfully loaded.

6. To check balance, Send a blank message to 131. A SMS message will be sent which will show the current balance available.

7. Bonus data is a promotional offer. Promotion is valid until further notice and end date for this promotion will be communicated via SMS broadcast message.

B. Epay or PayEcom

  1. All you have to do is go to any of the retailers who have the facility for electronic voucher top up and ask for the recharge denomination that you wish to recharge with
  2. You will receive a voucher and the pin from the retailer
  3. Click on the Flashnet Dashboard icon on the desktop
  4. Select the SMS section on the Dashboard.  
  5. Create a new SMS message and insert the recharge Pin number and send it to 132
  6. You’re done, you will receive confirmation message that your account has been topped up.

C. My Vodafone App

  1. Install and log into your My  Vodafone App.
  2. Tap on Recharge 
  3. Select the number to recharge 
  4. Select your payment method (Credit Card, M-PAiSA or Recharge Card) 
  5. Enter the Top Up Value or Recharge PIN and your Payment Details. 
  6. You’re done. You will receive a confirmation message that your Broadband account has been topped up. 

D. M-PAiSA App

  1. Install and log into your M-PAiSA App.
  2. Tap on Recharge
  3. Enter the Top Up Amount
  4. Enter the number to recharge
  5. Enter your M-PAiSA secret PIN
  6. Tap on Confirm Payment
  7. You’re done. You will receive a confirmation message that your Broadband account has been topped up.

E. Top up Through Smart Dial *132# using a normal Prepay Vodafone mobile phone

  1. Purchase a Recharge Hard Card or Voucher
  2. To Recharge your Prepaid Broadband device indirectly
    • Dial *132*2*Prepaid Broadband Data Number*Recharge PIN#. The Prepaid Broadband Data Number is the number allocated to your Broadband device.
    • A prompt will appear. Cross-check that the correct Prepaid Broadband Data Number has been entered. If it is correct, enter 1 to confirm Yes.
    • Your Broadband device will be indirectly topped up.
  3. You can check your balance by sending a blank SMS to 131. This should be sent through your Broadband Web Portal Dashboard on your Web Browser.

F. Top up Through Smart Dial using M-PAiSA

  1. To be able to use this recharge option, you need to be a registered customer for M-PAiSA and have a MPAiSA Account.
  2. You should have enough balance on M-PAiSA account.
  3. To recharge your Prepaid Broadband Data Number.
    • Dial *181#.
    • Navigate to Option 4 – Buy Recharge.
    • Navigate to Option 2 – Other Phone.
    • You will be requested to enter your secret pin (This is the pin that you must have provided during M-PAiSA registration for your account, if you have forgotten this pin, you can contact our customer care).
    • Once you secret pin has been accepted, the system will prompt you to enter the $ amount that you wish to top up.
    • You’ll be asked to insert the “Prepay Data Mobile Number”. This number is the number allocated to your Broadband device.
    • Confirm by inserting Yes/No
    • Your request will be processed and you will be advised via TXT message on the top up status of your Broadband Data Number.
  4. You can check your balance by sending a blank SMS to 131. This should be sent through your Broadband Web Portal Dashboard on your Web Browser.

G. Top up Through Web Top Up

  1. Log on to your My Vodafone account on www.vodafone.com.fj/webtopup
  2. Insert the Prepay Broadband Data SIM Number you wish to top up
  3. Select the Recharge denomination to be topped up .
  4. Insert your Credit Card or MPAiSA details and read/agree to the conditions.
  5. Confirm you payment
  6. Await top up confirmation via E-mail and also on your Broadband Web Portal SMS dashboard.

Important things to note:

•  Customers cannot recharge less than $5 or more than $100 in a single transaction. 
•  Credit transfer does not apply for Broadband recharge. 
•  Recharge via hard cards, electronic vouchers, M-PAiSA, Web Top Up, ATMs or TXT Top Up Fiji-wide.
