  • Auto-renewal: Vodafone Giga5G Mobile Data plans subscribed from *555# and *181# are set to auto-renew after their expiry period. To un-subscribe from the 5G data plans, dial *555# or *181#, select the plan you are subscribed to and select Option 2 to "Un-subscribe".
  • Data rollover: Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or re-subscription of any rollover Data Plan before expiry. The remaining data will roll over to the furthest data plan expiry.
  • Exclusions: Rollover and Auto-renewal do not apply to Vodafone Mobile Data Gift Plans.
  • 5G requirements: To use Vodafone Prepaid 5G Mobile Internet Services, you must have a 5G-capable smartphone updated with a special 5G software update, be in a 5G coverage area, have a 5G-enabled data plan, and ensure that the network mode on your device is set to 5G. Note: Power Saving features may restrict your phone from accessing 5G in order to conserve battery power. Disable Power Saver Mode to access 5G. Customers using a 4G smartphone or a 5G smartphone that has not received a special 5G software update from their device manufacturer, or live outside a 5G coverage area can purchase and use Giga5G data plans at 3G/4G speeds.
    • Special 5G software update: Some 5G smartphones are not 5G-Ready yet as they need a special software update to connect to 5G. These updates are released by smartphone manufacturers. Manufacturers are working to release these updates as quickly as possible. After manufacturers have released a special 5G software update patch, customers will be notified by SMS to update their software.
    • Validity: Promotion is valid until further notice.

    • *Streaming Data can only be used to access Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Streaming Data Promotion ends 31st July.
    • Subscription to access Netflix and Amazon Prime Video content is not included in this data package.
    • Accessing Netflix and Amazon Prime Video Streaming Data requires a positive AnyUse data balance.
    • Content such as ads, authentication and app analytics are excluded and will be deducted from any normal data balance you have.

    Vodafone treat gives you the benefit to enjoy free money, free SMS and free data on your recharge when there is no recharge promotion running between Sunday to Wednesday.

    2. What happens when I recharge from MPAiSA between Sunday to Wednesday?

    If you recharge from MPAiSA and if there is any recharge promotion running on MPAiSA, then MPAiSA recharge promotion will take precedence and Vodafone Treats will not apply.

    3. Do I have to subscribe everytime when I want to enjoy the benefits of Vodafone Treats?

    No, once you subscribe to Vodafone Treats you will automatically get the benefits of Vodafone Treats everytime you recharge between Sunday to Wednesday with $8 and above until the campaign is valid.

    4. Will I get the Vodafone Treats only once in a day or on all recharges that I do in a day?

    You will get the benefits on all recharges provided the recharge amount is $8 or above.

    5. Will I also get Vodafone Treats if I recharge between Thursday to Saturday?

    No, Vodafone Treats benefits will only apply between Sunday to Wednesday..

    6. Once I subscribe to Vodafone Treats what rates will apply?

    7. Will the new rates apply to only Vodafone Treats benefits?

    No, new rates will apply to both normal money and all free money that you have in your account regardless of which recharge promotion you recharge on.

    8. If I recharge through MPAiSA, can I get the benefits of Vodafone Treats?

    No, currently we a running MPAiSA triple up recharge promotion between sunday to wednesday so if you recharge from MPAiSA you will get the benefits of MPAiSA triple u p and vodafone treats benefits will not apply.You have recharge from another mediums of recharge like cards, electronic vouchers, etc to enjoy vodafone treats.

    Dial *700# and subscribe to the plan, once subscribe you can enjoy the Vodafone treats benefits on recharge of $8 and above between Sunday to Wednesday.

    When will the activated service expire?

    Expiry date is as follows:
    · BlackBerry on Demand (31 days) – Midnight of 31st Day
    · BlackBerry on Demand (7 days) – Midnight of 7th Day
    · BlackBerry on Demand (1 day) – Midnight of active Day
    The service will automatically continue after the expiry date if you have sufficient funds in your Normal Money. You will receive an SMS from 4600 before the expiry date is reached. The SMS notification will be available for only the weekly and monthly plans.
    The service can be deactivated via *555# or it will automatically deactivate if there are low funds in Normal Money.

    How can I deactivate the Prepay BlackBerry Service?

    · Call *555#
    · Opt for the service that is already active
    · The date displayed is the date at which the service is deemed to expire
    There will also be two requests for deactivation to re-confirm your decision
    · Once deactivated, a message will then be displayed to advice service removal

    How many Email Accounts can I add?

    Prepay BlackBerry service allows customers to add up to 10 Email Accounts, for example, Gmail, Hotmail, Company Email (please refer to your IT Section), etc.
