Usability: Prepaid Vodafone Mobile Internet Users can access 5G services using the following 5G devices provided that their software updates are up-to-date. This list of devices will be updated as soon as device manufacturers release new 5G-ready software updates.

Auto-renewal: Vodafone Giga5G Mobile Data plans subscribed from *555# and *181# are set to auto-renew after their expiry period. To un-subscribe from the 5G data plans, dial *555# or *181#, select the plan you are subscribed to and select Option 2 to "Un-subscribe".
Data rollover: Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or re-subscription of any rollover Data Plan before expiry. The remaining data will roll over to the furthest data plan expiry.
Exclusions: Rollover and Auto-renewal do not apply to Vodafone Mobile Data Gift Plans.

5G requirements: To use Vodafone Prepaid 5G Mobile Internet Services, you must have a 5G-capable smartphone updated with a special 5G software update, be in a 5G coverage area, have a 5G-enabled data plan, and ensure that the network mode on your device is set to 5G. Note: Power Saving features may restrict your phone from accessing 5G in order to conserve battery power. Disable Power Saver Mode to access 5G. Customers using a 4G smartphone or a 5G smartphone that has not received a special 5G software update from their device manufacturer, or live outside a 5G coverage area can purchase and use Giga5G data plans at 3G/4G speeds.
Special 5G software update: Some 5G smartphones are not 5G-Ready yet as they need a special software update to connect to 5G. These updates are released by smartphone manufacturers. Manufacturers are working to release these updates as quickly as possible. After manufacturers have released a special 5G software update patch, customers will be notified by SMS to update their software.
Validity: Promotion is valid until further notice.

12. Is Data Bonanza Applicable to Broadband 4G+ plans?

Yes.

13. Does Vodafone 4G+ cost extra?

No, there is no extra costs involved. 4G+ works on all Prepay data plans provided you have 4G+ device and you are in 4G+ coverage area.

14. Which devices support 4G+?

Most medium-range and high-range smartphones released onto the market after 2015 support 4G+ or LTE-A.

You will need to own a device that specifically supports LTE Cat. 6 or above connectivity. You may check your device's technical specifications to confirm whether your device supports LTE Cat. 6 or above.

Some devices that support 4G+ are; Apple iPhone 6S and later models, Samsung Galaxy S6 and later models, Samsung Note7 and later models, Huawei Mate 8 and later models, Huawei P9 and later models, Oppo models.

Vodafone Fiji Limited was awarded for the Best Digital Inclusion Award for an ICT mobile based solution which allows customers to dial in a USSD code to purchase FEA electricity token. The award was received by Mr. Ravinesh Swamy, Senior Engineer - Prepay and Mr. Nilesh Chand,Manager - Prepay at the Pacific ICT Awards Ceremony held in Vanuatu.

1. Chatting

Remember chat buddies may not be who they say they are.

SOCIAL PASS: $0.49 for Unlimited Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Instagram

Dial *555# and follow the USSD prompts to subscribe to your Social Pass plan.
Upon subscription, you will immediately receive an SMS notification informing you that $0.49 has been deducted and a Social Pass Plan has been successfully loaded.
Social Pass Plan is only valid for 24 hours from the time of subscription.
Social Pass Plan will not auto-renew.
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Wikipedia, Snapchat & Instagram sites will incur zero charges for 24 hours from subscription however all external links will incur normal data charges.
Offer is only applicable if there is an existing data plan in your account that was subscribed to after Friday 3rd May, 2019.
The expiry date & time of your active data plan will differ from the expiry date & time of the Social Pass plan.
Real Money can be used to subscribe to Vodafone Pass Plans.

2. Sending TXT, PXT & Video PXT

Think before you send something. Be sure you'd be happy receiving it, and you'd be happy for everyone to know you sent it.
Don't use language or pictures that might upset or offend people.
Ask if it's ok before you take a PXT of someone.
If you want to send a PXT to another mobile or email address -ask again if it's OK.
Don't be rude or offensive. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
Don't give out your personal details – especially your address – to anyone you don't know or trust.

3. Receiving TXT, PXT or Video PXT

If someone sends you a TXT or PXT that makes you uncomfortable or unhappy, don't reply. It just encourages them to send more.
If someone is sending you lots of TXTs or PXTs that offend or upset you, make sure you tell a parent or adult friend you trust. You
can also call us from your Vodafone mobile on 123 and tell us about the messages, when you received them and which mobile
number sent them. We'll work through the options, but we can't do anything if you've replied to the TXTs or PXTs.
If you get a message that threatens you, call the Police immediately.
