  • Usability:  Prepaid Vodafone Mobile Internet Users can access 5G services using the following 5G devices provided that their software updates are up-to-date. This list of devices will be updated as soon as device manufacturers release new 5G-ready software updates.

  • Auto-renewal: Vodafone Giga5G Mobile Data plans subscribed from *555# and *181# are set to auto-renew after their expiry period. To un-subscribe from the 5G data plans, dial *555# or *181#, select the plan you are subscribed to and select Option 2 to "Un-subscribe".
  • Data rollover: Remaining data will rollover upon auto-renewal or re-subscription of any rollover Data Plan before expiry. The remaining data will roll over to the furthest data plan expiry.
  • Exclusions: Rollover and Auto-renewal do not apply to Vodafone Mobile Data Gift Plans.
  • 5G requirements: To use Vodafone Prepaid 5G Mobile Internet Services, you must have a 5G-capable smartphone updated with a special 5G software update, be in a 5G coverage area, have a 5G-enabled data plan, and ensure that the network mode on your device is set to 5G. Note: Power Saving features may restrict your phone from accessing 5G in order to conserve battery power. Disable Power Saver Mode to access 5G. Customers using a 4G smartphone or a 5G smartphone that has not received a special 5G software update from their device manufacturer, or live outside a 5G coverage area can purchase and use Giga5G data plans at 3G/4G speeds.
    • Special 5G software update: Some 5G smartphones are not 5G-Ready yet as they need a special software update to connect to 5G. These updates are released by smartphone manufacturers. Manufacturers are working to release these updates as quickly as possible. After manufacturers have released a special 5G software update patch, customers will be notified by SMS to update their software.
    • Validity: Promotion is valid until further notice.


    Terms and Conditions

    Flix plans are available on Postpay only.Data is divided into peak and off-peak period.

    Peak period is from 7am to 11pm Monday to Friday. Off-peak period is from 11.01pm to 6.59am Monday to Friday and 11.01pm Friday to 6.59am Monday.

    Plan price is inclusive of VAT.

    Reload options are available when data is exhausted. Log into MyVodafone to top-up once data is finished https://www.vodafone.com.fj/MyVodafoneLogin.

    *Speed is based on best effort connectivity and may differ depending on the time of usage, content and base station traffic

    IOU - Terms & Conditions

    • Effective 5th March, 2021 IOU borrowing amount will increase from $4 to $5.
    • IOU $5 credit has 30 days expiry   
    • To borrow IOU, dial *124# and select option 3.
    • To check your IOU money, dial *131# 
    • IOU $5 can be used be used for any services just like purchased credit. 
    • $5.10 will be deducted to pay off IOU (Recharge or through Share Credit). 
    • To qualify for IOU, your balance must be less than 20 cents.
    • Once your have borrowed IOU, you have clear $5.10 first before you can borrow again.
    • $5 IOU is a promotional offer and promotion end date will be communicated via sms broadcast.

    How do I know which shop is an M-PAiSA authorized agent?

    The agent will have an 'M-PAiSA Here' sign visible from far away

     

    What happens if I forget the pin I have just entered after the registration?

    The customer will have to visit a Vodafone Retail Outlet (no other authorized M-PAiSA agent) with their valid and original ID inorder to have their M-PAiSA secret pin reset.

     

    If I have lost or deleted my pin, how can I reset it?

    The customer will have to visit a Vodafone Retail Outlet (no other authorized M-PAiSA agent) with their valid and original ID inorder to have their M-PAiSA secret pin reset.

     

    If I need to change/update my records - how can I do that?

    The customer will have to visit Vodafone Retail only (no other authorized M-PAiSA agent) with their valid and original ID inorder to have the records updated or changed.

     

    What happens if the agent enters my details incorrectly?

    The customer will have to visit Vodafone Retail only (no other authorized M-PAiSA agent) with their valid and original ID inorder to have the records updated or changed.

     

    What if I do not wish to register for sending money?

    You cannot send money if you do not register

     

    What happens if there is a technical glitch and the agent cannot register me?

     

    The customer will have to wait till the issue has been rectified before they can register again. The customer cannot call Customer Care to register - all registraitons are done at M-PAiSA agent outlets only

    Why can't I call Customer Care & register my details directly without having to leave my home?

    • M-PAiSA is a new Service
    • It involves money transfer
    • Personal registration with a valid and original ID is a RBF regulation

    Is a deposit required after registration?

    No deposit is necessary when the customer registers.

    Conditions

     

    1. You must register your mobile number to use our products and services.
    2. You can only purchase and register a number at any Vodafone’s authorized re-seller. M-PAiSA service can be activated by dialling *181# or downloading the M-Paisa app once a number is successfully registered.
    3. You can only register a mobile number once.
    4. You must present a Valid and Original ID.
    5. Any of the following constitutes as a valid ID –
      • Driver’s License
      • Voter Registration
      • Passport
      • FRCS Card
      • FNPF/ FRCS Joint Card
      • TIN Letter + Valid Photo ID
      • Birth Certificate + Valid Photo ID
      • FNPF Card
      • Student ID + TIN Letter/ FRCS Card
    6. A digital copy of your ID will be kept for Customer/M-PAiSA records.
    7. No deposit is required when you register for Customer/M-PAiSA.
    8. You will not be charged for depositing money into your M-PAiSA account.
    9. International Customers will need to register using their Passports only. 

     

    How to I connect to Vodafone WiFi?

    1. Dial *839# and select the location. You will be notified to confirm purchase of token for $2 per hour.
    2. Turn on WiFi on your device and search for "Vodafone WiFI"
    3. Connect to "Vodafone WiFi" and open the browser, you will be redirected to Vodafone WiFi Splash page.
    4. Enter the WiFi token and you will be connected.
