Customer/M-PAiSA registration is a mandatory process to complete in order to send/receive money to or form any party locally and abroad (you can only receive money from abroad) directly from your mobile number. Registered users can transfer money dependent on agent outlet operating hours.
1. Visit an authorized M-PAiSA agent outlet
2. Verify ID
3. M-PAiSA agent will do your Customer/M-PAiSA registration
4. Yellow copy is to be handed to the customer
The agent will have an 'M-PAiSA Here' sign visible from far away
The customer will have to visit a Vodafone Retail Outlet (no other authorized M-PAiSA agent) with their valid and original ID inorder to have their M-PAiSA secret pin reset.

You cannot send money if you do not register
The customer will have to wait till the issue has been rectified before they can register again. The customer cannot call Customer Care to register - all registraitons are done at M-PAiSA agent outlets only
