I started my journey with Vodafone in January 2012 as a customer care representative. After a year and a half with customer care I was moved to the sales and marketing department joining as a product market specialist. Few years into the role I was promoted to manage the unit which I am currently serving in my capacity as Manager Value Added Services. I have since joining Vodafone worked with various media partners, government agencies, NGO’s and corporate clients on multiple projects and products to ensure we provide value in use for our stakeholders through our value-added products both in the consumer and corporate space. In recent times a major product that we have rolled out is our OTT based entertainment service which allowed me to work with various leading global content providers to bring content to our customers. My role has allowed me to transition from a newbie in the business to a leader not just in the capacity of my role but serving in various cross functional teams, being part of major roll outs and milestones for the business, being part of Vodafone ATH foundations efforts and much more.
The roles and responsibilities that I have been exposed to has helped me harness my natural skills, particularly as a female leader in a predominantly male driven telco industry and I thank Vodafone for always championing that. During my tenure with Vodafone I have worked with various exceptional leaders like Mr Rajnesh Prasad, Mr Ronald Prasad, Mr Pradeep Lal, Ms Elenoa Biukoto, the entire Executive Committee team, the Unit Managers to name a few as well as my entire Vodafone colleagues who have passed their most valuable guidance and learnings. They have inspired me to push my limits in all that I do which has forever moulded me in my professional and personal capacity which I now use as a platform to continue making leaps and bounds in the future. Vinaka Vodafone for your trust in me to deliver.

My journey with Vodafone began in 2016 as a Corporate Executive. Over the past 8 years, I’ve grown through roles in ICT Sales, Service Delivery, and now serve as the Head of Enterprise Development. Starting as a fresher, I’m grateful for Vodafone’s continuous support and the many opportunities to learn, lead, and grow. Innovation has shaped my path, pushing me to embrace challenges and deliver meaningful impact.
Today, I’m proud to lead our Enterprise Development efforts, driving growth across Fiji’s Western and Northern divisions and supporting our regional markets with ICT solutions that create real value for businesses.
Vodafone has been more than a workplace - it has been a journey of transformation, leadership, and purpose. Proud to be part of Vodafone!
