Vodafone Fiji has announced important regulatory changes affecting all M-PAiSA mobile wallet users. Under new FIU guidelines, enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures are now mandatory. All users must verify their personal details, including identity documents, residential address, occupation, and more before 15th September, 2025 to avoid reduced account limits and future restrictions. Customers with more than two accounts must consolidate to two or fewer by this deadline.
Smartphone users can update their information via the latest version of the M-PAiSA app, while non-smart users must visit a Vodafone outlet. Full details and sample forms are available on the Vodafone website.
