Smart agriculture products harness cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced sensors, drones, and data analytics to revolutionize traditional farming practices. These innovations are designed to enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and promote sustainability across agricultural operations. For instance, smart irrigation systems use real-time weather data and soil moisture levels to deliver precise amounts of water, significantly reducing waste and conserving resources.
Soil sensors monitor nutrient levels, pH, and moisture content, enabling farmers to apply fertilizers and water only when and where needed. GPS-guided tractors and autonomous machinery facilitate precision farming by planting, fertilizing, and harvesting with exceptional accuracy, minimizing overlap and resource use.
Drones equipped with multispectral cameras provide aerial imagery for crop health monitoring, pest detection, and yield estimation. Automated harvesters and robotic systems streamline labour-intensive tasks, improving speed and consistency. By integrating these technologies, farmers gain access to actionable insights that support informed decision-making, reduce operational costs, and increase crop yields, all while minimizing environmental impact and promoting long-term agricultural sustainability
The smart poultry farming system utilizes LoaWAN® technology to connect a range of environmental sensors—including temperature and humidity (EM300-TH), motion and contact (EM300-MCS), carbon dioxide (EM500-CO2), and light intensity (EM500-LGT)—to a UG67 LoRaWAN® Gateway, which transmits data to a central network server and ultimately to the Inmaa Headquarter, enabling end users to remotely monitor and manage poultry conditions in real time for improved animal welfare, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
