MyFund - FNPF


Refers to the information service available to Customers received via the medium of USSD which informs the members of his/her FNPF balance, withdrawal eligibilities and other information which FNPF avails from time to time on the MyFund service;

What happens to first time users who are not yet registered their mobile number at the FNPF?

 
  • User enters USSD code *567# press send / call
  • User is prompted to Enter FNPF Number and press send.
          
 
  • User is promoted that FNPF number is NOT registered to their mobile number.
  • User is advised to visit FNPF office or call toll free line 112277.
           

What happens when User is already registered their mobile number at the Fund?
  • User enters USSD code *567# press send / call
  • User is prompted to Enter FNPF Number and press send.
        

 
  • User is prompted to enter new 4 digit PIN.
        
 
  • User is prompted to Re-Enter 4 digit PIN.
        
 
  • At this point a SMS is sent to User’s phone with new PIN.
  • User is now prompted to save PIN.
         
 
  • User is now prompt to select Options 1 to 4 from Menu
        

What happens when User selects option 1.Check Balance?

User will be promoted with the following screen indicating that this option has a charge of $0.18 cents.

      
 

Selecting 1 and sending will display the following

        
 
  • To go back to main menu – Press any key and select Send.
              To exit - Press Cancel.
Note that Options 1 to 3 is a charged service of 0.18 cents. A prompt will appear allowing you to agree or cancel.

       
  • Option 4. Reset PIN is FOC.
