Vodafone Fiji has enhanced its M-PAiSA mobile wallet with a new App that will now provide users a much richer experience. The App can be downloaded free of charge through Playstore for android users and on Appstore by iPhone users simply by typing “M-PAiSA” to search. As an introductory offer, when you download the M-PAiSA App, you will receive 1 GB free data from Vodafone.

Vodafone Fiji has achieved yet another milestone today by introducing Fiji’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven contact center chatbot. Undoubtedly, the biggest digital launch of the month, “Joe” is Vodafone Fiji’s 24/7 digital assistant, designed to improve customer experience, allowing a seamless conversation for several queries.

Vodafone Fiji will absorb the 10 cents per GB data levy which was announced by the Government yesterday. This means that Vodafone data users will not pay anything extra for data usage. 

It is important that the data levy is put into perspective. Prior to the data levy, telecommunication companies had been paying a levy on voice calls. This has now been repealed by the government which means telcos will no longer be required to pay the levy on voice calls going forward. This, in turn, has been replaced by the data levy.  

Vodafone is all geared up as major sponsors of 2019 CPA Congress. Vodafone's Chief Commercial Officer, Ronald Prasad was present in the announcement  handing over the sponsorship cheque to CPA Australia- Fiji Branch President Nouzab Fareed.

Vodafone Fiji today launched it’s Road Safety campaign by distributing 50 reflective jackets to villages in Galoa.

In partnership with Vodafone Fiji, Vititech and NaDraki have been providing SMS based weather information to Vodafone customers over the past ten years. Vititech who are the technology providers for NaDraki Weather services has now launched Fiji's first weather App.
