Enter the mobile number to be topped up (This should be a valid Vodafone Fiji prepaid mobile number)
Choose the amount to be topped up.

Step Two – Tell Us About Yourself
Enter your personal details for record keeping. (Email address is the most important field since user will receive email notifications as receipt of purchase)

Step Three – Login or Register Account
Users will have to verify their email address entered in Step 2 by inputting the verification code sent to their email address onto the Step 3 to proceed further. Already registered members of MyVodafone will be required to login using their MyVodafone password to proceed further.
All the webpages from this step onwards is over a secured connection protected by VeriSign Secure Seal with 128 bit extended validation encryption.


Step Four – Confirmation of Details Submitted
Confirmation of user and Top Up details supplied in the previous steps needs to be done here. Such as the mobile number to be topped up, the amount to be topped up and the details of the user topping up. Here users will also need to confirm that they have read the terms and conditions and agree it before proceeding further.

Step Five – Credit Cards Details over a Secured Network on DPS Hosted Payments Page
This is where the user will have to enter the credit card details for completing the purchase. The cards that are accepted online are Visa and MasterCard. All credit card details will be stored by Direct Payment System (IPG provider supported by Westpac Banking Corporation).*

Step Six – Transaction Status (Credit Card Verification Process)
The credit card details entered will be verified and the status of the payment will be displayed. If transaction has been approved the user will be notified as approved and he/she can then go on to download a receipt as evidence of their purchase and an email notification of the details of the purchase will also be sent to the users.

Step Seven – Transaction Confirmation upon successful transaction processing
The website will display the order number of the purchase for future reference if any issues arise. Once the transaction has been accepted an alert will be sent out to the recipients’ mobile number and the receipts account should be topped up with the amount that was purchased online via the Vodafone Online Top Up Shop

If for some reason the recipients mobile number is not topped up, the sender can connect our Customer Care team and enquire about the status of the purchase. It is very important to quote the order number of the purchase which is always emailed to the specified email address of the sender.
Or the sender can contact one of our live agents via the Online LiveHelp application and enquire about the status of the TopUp.
Step Eight – Purchase Receipt
The sender can always download the receipt from the website and save it for future reference.
