If you use options 2 - 10 on the Smart Dial menu you will be charged 5c for local text and 10c for overseas texts. If the person calls you back, they are charged for the call at current charge rates.

Press answer, then Select your option (remember only number 1 is free) by pressing the number you want and then send
Press answer, then enter the persons mobile number you want it to go to and press send or answer
You will receive a message saying your callback request has been sent, and giving you the number of callback messages you have left for the month.

You are allocated with 30 call back messages in a month. These will expire at the end of the month.
