Vodafone Extends Coverage in Rural North 31st December 2007 Vodafone Fiji’s rural network rollout plan continues to gain momentum. Vodafone Matches Cancer Dollars 17th September, 2007 Vodafone Fiji yesterday presented a cheque of $14,372 to the Fiji Cancer Society to assist in their awareness campaign against risk and early detection symptoms of cancer. Update On Invalid Recharge Cards 06, March, 2007 Further to the notice published last week surrounding the illegal activities on our recharge cards , we're pleased to announce that a 23 year old electrician from Kinoya has been apprehended and charged. Vodafone secures venues naming rights 18 April, 2007 Vodafone Arena – that’s the new name of the Fiji Sports Council’s multi-purpose facility at the National Sports Complex at Laucala Bay. Vodafone puts more cash into rugby league, golf 20 April, 2007 Vodafone Fiji has boosted its sponsorship of rugby league and golf in Fiji by pumping in another $200,000 more into the two sports. Base station improves Nadarivatu coverage 15 May, 2007 Vodafone Fiji has installed a new base station at South Ridge in Northern Viti Levu, improving coverage at Nadarivatu and the greater Tavua/Ra region.
