Coral Sun Express Adopts M-PAiSA

 

General Manager, Mr Brad Rutherford said, “those travelling on the Coral Sun Express now how have more booking options than any other service with M-PAiSA just the latest. With M-PAiSA all the Coral Sun Express host / hostess has to do is verify the SMS electronic tickets on customers phones to allow the passenger to travel making bookings easy and convenient. M-PAiSA opens up a remote and convenient channel for purchase of Coral Sun Express tickets. To use the service, customers need to first make a call to Coral Sun Express reservation centre through a short code dial number 5255.  They will be given a ticket reservation number from the reservation desk which they need to quote whilst making the payment through M-PAiSA.  To make the payment M-PAiSA users will need dial *181#, select option 7 for payments, enter 20037 as TTF / Coral Sun Express business number and follow the simple steps.  Once payment is completed, they will instantly receive an electronic receipt confirming their ticket with the reservation number.

 

Mr Rutherford further said “with limited credit card penetration in the country, our online payment option via coralsunexpress.com has limited local access.  We are also looking at the possibility of integrating M-PAiSA as an online payment option on our website to allow local M-PAiSA users to book and pay for their Coral Sun Express tickets via the M-PAiSA service.
