1.Battery Charging
Initial charging – Most handsets need to be charged for the 1st time for around 4 - 6 hours if you have a new model phone… these are Lithium batteries.
If you have a low range handset like a Nokia 3315 it is recommended that you charge your battery for 12-16 hours.
Always follow the instructions in your phones manual
Thereafter, you will need to charge your phone as soon as you see that the battery indicator on the screen of your mobile goes down to one bar. Standard Charging time for mobile phones is 2-4 hours.

Check the message center/service center/route center number.
It should read 679901400 (refer to phone manual)
Message format should be set to txt or sms.

5.When calling or txt messaging it says "check operator services"
You have activated "Line 2" on your Nokia mobile.
This phone line is not supported by Vodafone.
Simply hold down the hash key (#) to switch between phone lines.
