THE ROLE:
Customer Service Representatives (Temporary positions)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service both verbally and in written
- Proactively resolving customer enquiries
- Identifying areas of improvement in the processes and procedures within the department
To be successful in the role you must:
- Be an exceptional communicator in both verbal and written.
- Tertiary qualification - Degree/Diploma in Public Administration/Management/IT.
- Have strong commitment to meeting deadlines
- Possess strong IT knowledge
- Have demonstrated ability to use MS Office software especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
- Ability to work on shifts basis – 24x7
