Customer Service Representatives

THE ROLE:
 
Customer Service Representatives (Temporary positions)
 
Key Responsibilities Include:
 
  • Delivering exceptional customer service both verbally and in written
  • Proactively resolving customer enquiries 
  • Identifying areas of improvement in the processes and procedures within the department
To be successful in the role you must:
 
  • Be an exceptional communicator in both verbal and written.
  • Tertiary qualification - Degree/Diploma in Public Administration/Management/IT.
  • Have strong commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Possess strong IT knowledge
  • Have demonstrated ability to use MS Office software especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Ability to work on shifts basis – 24x7
