FAQ’s
1. Can I join calls in the Conference?
Callers can also call in to join the Conference if the time of the call has been pre-arranged. If the Conference call is already underway, incoming call will appear on the screen as “Call Wait”. To add the caller into the Conference, simply put the Conference on hold, answer the new call & select “Link” or “Join” calls option on the handset.

It’s for Vodafone Postpaid customers only. This means that Mobile Teleconference calls can only be initiated by Vodafone Postpaid customers, but they can call & include any number (Mobile, Landline, International, Roaming, etc.)
3. How is the service activated for the customer?

There are no additional service fees or set up charges.

The Conference call feature permits the call initiator to make calls as per current permitted call profile. For example – if a subscriber has international calls barred from his/her standard Mobile service, the subscriber will not be able to Conference call an international number. This means that the initiator can make Conference calls as per access allowed (call profile).

As long as the service is activated and the feature is supported by the handset, subscribers can use the service by dialling local numbers using international format e.g. +679 xxx xxxx or dialling international numbers direct.
