1. Who are the plans for?
These plans are available to any new and existing customers, who want to switch their plans, or subscribe to these great values for money plans. 
 
2. How do the Bundle Plans work?
You can pick one of the “You Choose Plans” or “Vodabiz Plans” and get included on-net minutes and SMS for the month at a monthly fee. Once the minutes and SMS within the bundle is exhausted, outside bundle rates apply. All on-net calls (within bundle and outside bundle) are deducted and charged on a per second basis. This means that if you make a 30 second call; only 30 seconds is deducted from the bundle. Note that all off-net calls are billed per minute and are not included within the bundle 
 
3. How do I get connected or change from an existing plan to Bundle Plan?
Just walk into any Vodafone retail outlet, authorized dealer outlet or contact your Account manager. Present a copy of your valid photo ID and any utility bill for verification of address (for new customers), sign the Network Services Agreement (subject to Credit vetting and approval) and get connected. This is a new plan and customers need to new NSA and related documents for change of plan. 
 
4. Do I have to sign a contract for bundle plan?
Yes.  Bundle plans come under a standard 24 month contract with a Nokia 1200 handset for every new connection (subject to Credit vetting). If you are switching from an existing plan to a Bundle Plan, you don’t qualify for a handset.
 
5. Can Bundle Plans be taken with a BlackBerry Plan?
Yes. Bundle Plan is a voice plan and can be added to a data plan separately. Example: If you are currently on the $0 Rental Plan for voice and BlackBerry Basic Plan for data, you can change to a Bundle Plan of your choice and add BlackBerry Basic to this. Bundle Plans however does not come with any included data that can be used for BlackBerry or FlashNet. 
 
6. What does per minute, billed per second mean?
There is a per minute charge levied on the call but charging is done on a per second basis. Example: Outside bundle rate is 22 cents for peak. If you make a 30 second outside bundle call, then you get billed 30/60 X 22 cents = 11 cents.
 
7. Can I use my free minutes in the bundle to make off-net calls?
No. The included minutes are for On-Net calls ONLY
 
8. If I have reached my credit limit imposed on my number just by making off-net calls and my number has been barred, can I still use my free minutes and free sms?
No. If your number is barred, you cannot make any calls or send SMS using free minutes. Your number will be barred for any outgoing activity.
 
9. Can I take up a bundle plan along with CUG or Business Talk? 
Yes you can, provided you have 5 or more postpaid numbers registered under your account. Business Talk is very similar to CUG except, it allows unlimited calls within the group for a fixed fee per month. Vodagroup rate is 5 cents per unit for calls made within the group. However, it is advisable to take Business Talk rather than Vodagroup as on-net rates within bundle is cheaper than Vodagroup rates.
 
10. Would I be able to check remaining sms and minutes within the bundle?
No. You cannot check the remaining minutes or SMS within the bundle.
 
11. How will I be charged for voicemail calls?
For retrieving voicemail, it will be considered an on-net call and it will be deducted from the free minutes at 9c per minute (billed per second). Leaving a voicemail on an on-net number will be deducted from free minutes (per minute, billed per second) and outside bundle rate applies after bundle is finished. For leaving voicemail on off-net number, a fixed rate of 41c/per minute applies
 
12. Can I make International and Roaming calls if I choose a Bundle Plan?
Yes you can. However higher refundable security deposits may be required for International and Roaming access and all charges for roaming and international calls will come outside bundle as these are off-net calls. International and roaming rates vary depending on the destination number called.
 
13. Can I use my free minutes to make calls while roaming?
No. Roaming is off-net since an outside Network provider is involved. Thus the outside bundle rate plus the Roaming partner rate will apply.
 
14. Can I take more than one type of Bundle Plan under my account which has numerous voice connections?
Yes you can. Each number in the account can be mapped to a Bundle Plan depending on the usage pattern.
 
15. Is there a predefined credit limit on Bundle Plan?
Yes, Vodafone may set a credit limit of $100, but Vodafone takes no responsibility for ensuring that the subscriber will not exceed usage over and beyond the set credit limit as this is monitored and updated every 2 hours. Subscriber shall be liable for any and all charges incurred by usage of the service exceeding the credit limit. Subscriber can call 125 (free call) anytime to check usage. Note that usage details are updated in the system every 24 hours.
 
16. How do I increase the credit limit?
A refundable security deposit (subject to Credit vetting) may be required to increase the credit limit. 
 
17. Is there any penalty charged for switching plans?
No penalty is charged for switching plans as long as the number remains on Vodafone Postpay. Early termination fee applies if the number is prematurely disconnected or reverts to Vodafone Prepay
 
18. Can I create a Vodagroup on this plan?
Yes, to create a Vodagroup a minimum of 5 voice connections are required to be registered under the same Postpay billing account.
 
19. What is On-Net and Off-Net?
On-Net means any calls made within the Vodafone network (Vodafone Postpay, Vodafone Prepay and Inkk Mobile) 
 
20. What is an Off-Net call?
Off-net call is any call made overseas or to another network 

21. How is a second, unit and minute defined?
1 second = 1 second or part thereof
1 unit = 30 seconds or part thereof
1 minute = 60 seconds or part thereof
 
22. Do I have to pay a deposit for signing up on the bundle plan?
Yes. A deposit will be required and this will be determined after credit vetting.
